Reservations must be paid for in full when booking. All prices are Per Day.
Cancellations and refunds
Over 7 days before arrival | • Full refund of camping or cabin fees for any cancelled nights |
Within 7 days of arrival | • 1 night’s camping or cabin fee deducted from refund if any nights cancelled |
On or after scheduled arrival date | • 2 night’s camping or cabin fees deducted from refund if any nights cancelled |

By booking your arrangement at Marmot Lake Park, you are understanding and agreeing to the following:
Marmot Lake Park is operated by Nazko Community Association with assistance from Three Nations Store and Lodge LLP. By entering Marmot Lake Park, you acknowledge the risks and hazards and agree to the terms and conditions included on this notice. Please note that there is no park operator or lifeguard on-site. Your use of the park and facilities is at your own risk. Marmot Lake Park is a rural park with limited amenities located on the shore of Marmot Lake. There are inherent risks and hazards associated with visiting rural sites such as Marmot Lake Park, including drowning, wildfire, animal encounters, slippery surfaces, tripping hazards, falling branches or trees, extreme weather conditions, and lack of immediate access to emergency services or medical facilities. You agree that Nazko Community Association, Three Nations Store and Lodge LLP, and their respective employees and representatives are not responsible for any personal injury (including death), property loss or damage that may be suffered by a you or any member of your party, however caused, including but not limited to the negligence of Nazko Community Association, Three Nations Store and Lodge LLP, and their respective employees and representatives in operating and maintaining the Park.
